Terms of Service

Last updated 02 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Ramprig (the "Service"), operated by Ramprig.com. By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts

Accounts are issued to named individuals. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done under your account. Do not share your login. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to break any law, or any policy of a connected advertising platform;
  • Attempt to access accounts, data or modules you have not been granted;
  • Interfere with, overload or probe the Service or its infrastructure;
  • Resell, sublicense or redistribute access to the Service without written permission;
  • Reverse engineer the Service except to the extent that restriction is unenforceable by law.

3. Connected platforms

The Service acts on advertising accounts using credentials you authorize. You remain responsible for your own compliance with the terms and advertising policies of every platform you connect, including Meta Platforms, Inc. We are not responsible for a platform's decisions about your accounts, ads or assets, including suspension, rejection or restriction.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the creative assets, copy and data you put into the Service. You grant us only the limited license needed to host and process that content in order to provide the Service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.

5. Aggregated network insights

We produce benchmark statistics describing how traffic performs across Ramprig as a whole — for example, conversion rates by vertical, US state, three-digit postal band and device type. These statistics are built only from workspaces that have network insights switched on. You control that setting at any time in Settings.

What goes in is deliberately narrow. We include counts and totals — clicks, landing-page clicks, conversions, media cost and payout — together with the coarse dimensions named above. We do not include your offer or campaign names, your landing pages, your tracking or website domains, your advertiser or buyer relationships, your creative, your account identifiers, or any information about an individual: no IP addresses, device identifiers, user agents, full postal codes or lead records. Your workspace appears in the dataset only as an irreversible key, never as your name or account id.

No statistic is shown unless at least five separate workspaces, and a minimum volume of traffic, stand behind it. Below that threshold the figure is withheld, so that no individual workspace's performance can be read out of it.

If you switch network insights off, we stop including your workspace from that moment and we delete the contribution it has already made. Because the benchmarks are reciprocal, a workspace can view them while it is contributing to them.

We may publish aggregate statistics produced this way, including in marketing, provided they meet the thresholds above.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party platforms and infrastructure outside our control, and may be affected by their outages, rate limits or policy changes. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. No performance guarantee

The Service is a tool. Nothing in it or on this website is a promise of advertising performance, approval, revenue or return on ad spend. Results depend on factors outside our control.

8. Fees

Where the Service is provided under a paid plan, fees, billing periods and cancellation terms are those agreed in writing with you.

Early Bird price lock. An account opened at the Early Bird launch price keeps that monthly price for as long as the account stays continuously open and in good standing, regardless of later price increases for new accounts. The lock applies to the plan as sold; it does not cover optional add-ons introduced later, and it ends if the account is closed or lapses for non-payment and is later reopened.

7-day money-back guarantee. Every new account is covered by a money-back guarantee, no questions asked: request a refund within 7 days of your first payment and the full amount of that payment is returned to the original payment method. The request can be made from your billing page or by emailing [email protected]. The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first payment only. Outside that window, and for renewals, fees are non-refundable for periods already served.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms, creates risk to the Service or other users, or is required to be suspended by a platform or by law. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ramprig.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or lost advertising spend. Our total aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Ramprig.com against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these terms or of a connected platform's policies.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to account holders, and the date at the top of this page will change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms.
