These terms govern the Ramprig affiliate program. The program page is at ramprig.com/affiliates; your link, referrals, commission ledger and payout history are in your affiliate portal.
Anyone may apply. Applications are reviewed by hand and may be declined without a reason being given. You are an independent contractor: nothing in this program makes you an employee, agent, partner or representative of Ramprig.com, and you may not say or imply that you are.
You earn 50% of every payment a customer you referred makes to Ramprig, for as long as their subscription remains paid. This is recurring, not a one-time payment.
Commission is calculated on the amount actually received, excluding sales tax, VAT and any equivalent tax, and after any discount or coupon the customer used. Tax collected on a sale is never ours and is never commissionable.
Your rate is fixed at the moment each referral subscribes. If the standard program rate changes later, it applies to referrals you make after the change — never to the ones you already have.
When someone opens your link we store one first-party cookie on ramprig.com holding your link code for 90 days. If they subscribe within that window, the referral is yours. Where more than one affiliate link has been opened, the most recent one wins.
Attribution requires the cookie or the via parameter on the link to survive to checkout. A
visitor who clears cookies, switches device or browser, or blocks them cannot be attributed, and we have no
other way to recognize them.
No commission is earned on: your own subscription or any account you control; anyone who was already a Ramprig customer or had already started a subscription; or a subscription created by Ramprig.com directly.
If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on that payment is reversed. The reversal is recorded as its own line in your ledger and is deducted from your next payout. If your balance is negative, it carries forward against future commission; we will not invoice you for it.
Commission clears 30 days after the customer's payment, so the Ramprig money-back guarantee window has closed first. Cleared balances are paid monthly once they reach $50. A balance below that rolls over until it reaches the threshold; it is not lost.
Payment is made by PayPal, Wise or bank transfer to the details you keep in your portal. Payments are in US dollars. You are responsible for keeping those details correct, for any transfer or currency conversion fee charged by your provider, and for your own taxes on what you earn.
You may write about Ramprig, review it, demonstrate it, run your own paid advertising to your own creative and your own pages, and share your link anywhere you have permission to post.

You may leave at any time by asking us to close your account. We may pause or close an affiliate account at any time, and will explain why unless doing so would be unlawful.
If your account ends for any reason other than a breach of section 6, you are still paid every commission already earned as it clears. If it ends because of a breach of section 6, or because the referrals were fraudulent, unearned commission is forfeited — and we will tell you which referrals and why.
Closing your affiliate account does not affect the customers you referred: their subscriptions and their workspaces are untouched.
Your portal shows the company name and a masked email for each of your referrals so you can verify you are being credited. That is all you get about them, and you may not contact them as though you were Ramprig, nor use the information for anything other than checking your own commission.

We may change these terms. Material changes — the commission rate, the attribution window, the clearing period or the payout threshold — are emailed to active affiliates at least 30 days before they take effect, and never apply retroactively to commission already earned.
The program is provided as it is. Ramprig.com's total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commission owed to you and not yet paid. We are not liable for lost profits or for referrals that could not be attributed for the reasons in section 3.
