In one sentence: ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment and you get the whole thing back, no questions asked. After that, Ramprig is billed in advance and periods already served are not refunded.
Every new Ramprig account is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment, we return the full amount of that payment to the original payment method. You do not have to give a reason, sit through a call, or fill in a form to keep the guarantee.
The guarantee applies once per customer and to the first payment only. It does not reset when an account is closed and reopened, and it does not extend to later renewals.
Either way works, and both reach the same place:
We confirm by email once the refund is issued. The money is returned to the card or account used for the payment — we cannot send it anywhere else.
Refunds are issued through our payment processor, usually on the same business day the request reaches us. How quickly the credit appears on your statement is up to your bank or card issuer, and is typically 5 to 10 business days.
Ramprig is billed in advance: a monthly plan pays for the month ahead, a yearly plan for the twelve months ahead. Outside the 7-day window, fees for periods that have already started are not refundable, in whole or in part, including for periods you did not use.
You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Canceling stops the next charge; it does not refund the current period, and your account keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.
An Early Bird price lock ends when the account is closed. If you cancel and come back later, the price on offer at that time applies.
If we suspend or terminate an account for a breach of the Terms of Service, fees already paid are not refunded. If we discontinue the Service outright, we refund the unused remainder of any period you have paid for.
If something looks wrong on your bill, email us first — a mistake on our side is corrected without argument and far faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may suspend the account while the dispute is open.
We may update this policy. The refund terms that apply to a payment are the ones published on the day that payment was made, and the date at the top of this page changes whenever the policy does. This page sits alongside clause 7 of the Terms of Service; where the two ever differ, the Terms of Service govern.
