This policy explains what Ramprig collects, why, how long we keep it, and how you can have it removed. It applies to ramprig.com and to the Ramprig application.
Ramprig ("the Service") is operated by Ramprig.com ("we", "us"). We can be reached at [email protected].
When an account is created for you we store your name, email address, a hashed password, your assigned role and the modules you have been granted. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and are never readable by us.
When you connect an advertising account, the Service stores the access credential you authorize and uses it to read and write data on your behalf. Depending on the permissions you grant, this may include:
We access this data only to provide the features you are using. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling of any individual.
We record operational logs — sign-in events, actions taken in the Service, and errors — to keep the Service secure and to diagnose problems.
| Purpose | Data used |
|---|---|
| Providing the Service | Account information, platform credentials, platform data |
| Access control and security | Account information, usage logs |
| Diagnosing faults | Usage logs, error records |
| Communicating with you | Email address |
We do not sell personal information. We do not share advertising platform data with third parties except the infrastructure providers described below, and we do not use it for any purpose other than operating the features you have asked for.
If your workspace has network insights switched on, we include its traffic in benchmark statistics computed across Ramprig as a whole. Only counts and totals are used — clicks, landing-page clicks, conversions, media cost and payout — grouped by coarse dimensions: vertical, country, state, three-digit postal band, device type and payout type.
This dataset contains no personal information. IP addresses, device identifiers, user agents, full postal codes and lead records are never written to it, and neither are your offer names, campaign names, landing pages or domains. Your workspace is represented by an irreversible key derived from a secret we hold, not by your name or account id.
Statistics are withheld unless at least five separate workspaces and a minimum volume of traffic stand behind them. You can switch network insights off at any time in Settings; we then stop including your workspace and delete the contribution it has already made.
The Service relies on a small number of processors to function:
These providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
Account and platform data is retained for as long as your account is active. When an account is closed, or when you request deletion, we remove the associated data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records to meet a legal obligation. Operational logs are retained for a limited period and then discarded.
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of anything inaccurate, or deletion of your data. You may also withdraw an advertising platform connection at any time — from within the Service, or directly in your platform settings. See the Data Deletion page for how to make a deletion request.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. We honor those requests regardless of location.
Access to the Service requires authentication, and every user is limited to the modules and accounts an administrator has granted them. Credentials are stored with access restricted to the systems that need them. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and we will notify affected users of any breach that materially affects them.
The Service is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Our infrastructure may process data in countries other than your own. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards for the transfer.
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and we will notify account holders of any material change.
